Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect.with excellent project management skills. Ideal candidate would also have: Designing and implementing complex IT solutions for businesses.
- Analysing requirements and architecting solutions.
- Developing project plans and overseeing software development and integration processes.
- Integrating diverse software systems and designing scalable cloud architectures.
- Background/ experience software development processes and best practices.
- Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
- Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
- Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
- Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets.
- Strong background in Java Full Stack Development.
- Deep knowledge of Microservices, API Design, Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL) and integration frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills / Good to Have:
- Cloud Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, GCP Architect, TOGAF).
- Experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI solutioning, and client presentations.
- Exposure to Big Data, AI/ML, or advanced analytics solutions.
