Job Description

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Architect who can lead the design, implementation, and configuration of large-scale, enterprise-grade contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud CX.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, infrastructure setup, and Terraform-based deployments, along with a deep understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions for enterprise customers
• Lead configuration of IVR/Architect flows, routing logic, digital channels, and telephony components
• Deliver end-to-end Genesys Cloud implementations, aligning with business and technical requirements
• Work with Terraform and IaC principles to automate cloud infrastructure setup
• Integrate Genesys with CRMs, ticketing systems, and middleware using APIs / Web Services
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure optimal performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and production rollout
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design, and architecture diagrams
