Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Business Development
Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners.
Visit pet shops, groomers, boarding centers, clinics, and other potential outlets to expand reach.
Drive brand visibility and product penetration across the assigned territory.
2. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure product availability, placement, and visibility at retail outlets.
Execute promotional activities to increase sales momentum.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and ecosystem partners.
Provide product training, sampling, and ensure strong brand recall.
Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
4. Order & Reporting Management
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales trackers, and territory performance data.
Use Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking performance.
Candidate Requirements
1-2 years of field sales experience (preferably in FMCG, pet care, grooming, veterinary, or consumer goods).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable with extensive field travel.
Candidate should have two wheeler and Driving license.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
