Key Responsibilities


Student Counselling & Sales

  • Call assigned leads to understand academic background and career goals
  • Recommend suitable MBA / Non-MBA programs and partner colleges
  • Explain eligibility, fees, deadlines, and application process
  • Assist and convince students to complete application forms

Application Conversion

  • Drive multiple applications per student (where applicable)
  • Achieve daily/monthly targets
  • Follow up until application completion

CRM & Process Compliance

  • Update CRM with accurate call notes and follow-ups
  • Ensure process compliance and correct attribution
  • Coordinate with Ops, Product, and College Partner teams
