Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Head to drive revenue growth, manage key hotel partners, and ensure strong operational and commercial performance across the assigned cluster. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the Pune/Nagpur hospitality market and experience in managing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive line sales and improve occupancy (URNs) month-on-month
  • Ensure daily availability of sellable rooms (DSRN)
  • Improve Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization
  • Manage and grow revenue from assigned hotel partner portfolio
  • Prevent partner churn by proactively resolving issues
  • Ensure contribution margin targets are achieved
  • Monitor and review monthly sales trackers for self & team
  • Ensure guest experience metrics are maintained for cluster properties
  • Manage daily operations and adherence to company guidelines
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, pricing, and competition
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments

  • Sellable Rooms Availability
  • Revenue Realization
  • Partner Retention

Required Skills:

  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Good negotiation and analytical ability
  • Team handling experience (minimum 34 years)
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP tools, and email communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 810 years of total experience
  • Minimum 56 years in team handling role
  • Experience in hospitality/travel industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of Pune/Nagpur hotel marke
