Business Development Head - Nagpur & Pune

About the Role

SUNDAY is hiring a Business Development Head to drive partner growth, manage hotel owner relationships, and strengthen operational performance across the Nagpur & Pune market. The role focuses on market expansion, portfolio performance, and ensuring strong collaboration between partners and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives across the assigned hotel portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners
  • Drive occupancy growth through coordination with pricing and revenue teams
  • Ensure availability of sellable rooms and compliance with operational standards
  • Monitor monthly performance metrics and portfolio health
  • Share market insights on competition and pricing trends
  • Resolve partner issues proactively to maintain strong relationships
  • Manage operations of assigned SMART / SOB hotels
  • Ensure high guest experience and CX standards

Key Performance Indicators

  • Occupancy performance (URNs)
  • Sellable room availability (DSRN)
  • Partner retention and portfolio stability
  • Guest experience and CX performance

Candidate Profile

  • 8 - 11 years experience in business development / operations / hospitality
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in team management
  • Hospitality or travel industry background preferred
  • Comfortable managing on-ground operations and field teams
