Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth.
Identify new opportunities through field sales and market research.
Build strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate to resolve issues and improve performance.
Utilize knowledge of CASA products to provide value-added solutions.
Implement effective sales techniques to achieve targets.

Job Requirements :

Experience in BFSI industry or related field sales roles.
Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
Strong understanding of CASA products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with sales principles and practices is beneficial.
