Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our enterprise ServiceNow practice. The roles involve designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow platform solutions. Candidates may be aligned as Technical Lead or Developer based on experience, technical depth, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio)
• Expertise in ITSM processes and CMDB configuration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Discovery.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration best practices.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in agile environments.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification - Add ON
