International voice processWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and SLA).
Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or global accent preferred).
Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in international BPO/Call Center is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresher or 1 years of experience in International Voice Process.
Strong customer service orientation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Rotational shifts (US/UK/AUS process).
5 working days with 2 fixed offs.
Performance-based incentives.
