Job Title: International Voice Process Healthcare Insurance Job Type: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 PM (Night Shift)

Cab Facility: Not Available Location: A - Block, 1st & 2nd Floor Cybergateway, Hi-Tech City Phase -II, Madhapur, Hyderabad.   Freshers can also apply for this opportunity!!   Job Description: We are hiring candidates for an International Voice Process to support customers of a healthcare organization providing health insurance services. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries related to health insurance plans, policies, claims, and general support. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with health insurance-related inquiries (policy details, coverage, claims, eligibility, etc.)
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation of calls and customer interactions
• Follow compliance, HIPAA, and company guidelines
• Meet quality and performance benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in night shift (7:30 PM 4:30 PM)
• Any graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirement)
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (experience in international voice/healthcare is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge.
