Job Description:
Print Lead will optimize delivery of printing service to meet business demands and service operations strategy. Plan, measure, manage, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and mitigate risks. In this role, Print lead will also identify / review suppliers, evaluate them, establish and oversee them and support management with Global / regional service contracts.
Key Responsibilities of Print Lead:
Champion and promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction with Printing services; recommend new / enhancement to existing performance indicators
Responsible to assess, design, propose solutions, engage with business teams for all printing related demands / customer requests
Design and implement print policies at global level
Undertake opportunities to optimise printing services across all locations viz; print policy, standardisation, consolidation, transformations, etc.
Business development, pricing strategy, business case, value proposition, negotiations
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Technical discipline or Business, other non-technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Overall 15 years of experience with atleast 5 years managing printing environments
Expertise in Managed Print Solutions, Print technologies and hardware.
Experience of working on ServiceNow with sound knowledge of Active directory, SAP, network.
Strong process and Demand / Asset Management competencies
Proven experience managing End-to-End diverse & complex print environments in large global enterprises
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-organizational teams and multi-cultural projects
