We are hiring Travel Process Executives for a leading MNC to manage end-to-end travel operations including ticketing, reservations, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or knowledge of GDS tools and airline ticketing processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, re-issue, and cancellations as per client requirements
- Manage travel reservations using GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
- Process manual ticketing and fare calculations accurately
- Resolve customer queries related to itinerary changes, refunds, and travel policies
- Ensure adherence to SLA, quality standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for seamless travel arrangements
Key Requirements:
- Basic to good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
- Experience in manual ticketing, ticket re-issue, refunds, and cancellations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts in a fast-paced MNC environment
- Graduate preferred (Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism is an advantage)
