Job Description:
We are looking for Bilingual Voice Process Executives with strong proficiency in French and English. The role involves handling voice interactions and delivering high-quality customer support/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound voice calls in French and English
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Maintain proper documentation and call records
Meet productivity and quality targets
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a Voice Process
B2 level certification in French is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English
Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts
