Master's Degree in Education, Management or any relevant discipline
Experience of 2-5 years in education administration or an exposure in international educational environments is preferred
An ability to generate fresh ideas, a passion for innovation, institution building and organization
Familiarity with digital tools for education management and course delivery
Creative and analyticalskill setsto think, asses and implement courses
Excellent digital, verbal and written communication skills
Be a nodal point of contact for all academic affairs activities
Evaluate, develop, and recommend new policies and programs to support
the student academic experience and manage all academic progress in the
University.
Manage the academic calendar end-to-end
With campus leaders, assesses and documents students' learning outcomes
and implements improvement programs
With key stakeholders, develop strategic initiatives to enhance students'
academic experiences and outcomes inside and outside the classroom
