Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design clean, high-converting websites and landing pages for service-based businesses.

This is not a product UX role. This is a performance-driven marketing design role.

You will work closely with content, SEO, and development teams to build websites that look premium and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing websites (homepage + internal pages)
Design high-converting landing pages for Google Ads
Create structured wire-frames before visual design
Maintain visual consistency across projects
Improve layout, typography, and hierarchy
Collaborate with WordPress developers for smooth implementation
Work within defined sprint timelines (57 day design cycles)
Follow structured project playbooks

Mandatory Skills

Strong proficiency in Figma
Experience designing service-based websites (not just apps)
Strong understanding of layout structure and spacing
Good typography sense
Basic understanding of conversion principles
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Strong communication skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Basic HTML/CSS understanding
Experience working with WordPress teams
Exposure to Google Ads landing page design
Understanding of luxury/premium brand aesthetics
