Job brief

The Client & Innovation Lead will be responsible for collaborating with sales ecosystem to provide on demand and proactive insights for driving growth. Responsible for keeping a tab on client strategies, competition, industry trends, economy trends and emerging technology that impacts Capgeminis business. The lead will be responsible for one of the BUs and shall also manage team across other BUs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Proactively identify trends and opportunities for Growth. Develop Strong Point of View. Present and partner with leaders to drive bookings and client relationship
  • Provide on-demand research insights that are actionable
  • Leading and orchestrating white space strategy and new business pitches
  • Lead early-stage pilots that scale into innovative and transformative initiatives, setting the foundation for broad, enterprise-wide impact
  • Demonstrate financial and quantitative acumen, confidently jumping into analysis to assess business cases, evaluate investment opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Develop a team of strategists to continually grow their skills, experience & expertise

Specific skills

  • Consulting & Strategy Expertise of >12 years of experience in IT and ITES, consulting, business/corporate strategy, or similar roles
  • Good understanding of IT services including Application Development and Management, Infrastructure services, Business Services, AI trends, GenAI, Packaged based services
  • Experience of presenting to clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with senior executives, partners.
  • Strong analytical, financial and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
  • Agility and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Education Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree. Post Graduate in Management preferred

Experience

  • Overall experience of about 12-15 years in Strategic Transformation Initiatives

Location & Mobility

  • Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad | Travel for client and account team interactions as required.
