Location: Mumbai (Malad)
Experience: 12+ Years (with minimum 5 Years as NSM)
Qualification: Any Graduate / B. Pharma / M. Pharma
Salary: Open for the right candidate
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing National Business Manager to lead and expand our business in Cardiology, Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolic Disorders. The role requires strategic leadership, market expertise, and proven ability to drive sales growth at a national level.
ALSO WE ARE LOOKING FOR ZBM FOR ALL ZONES (NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales and business strategies for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional/Zonal Sales Managers to achieve targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, key hospitals, and accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record as NSM or senior sales leader in Cardiology/Diabetes/Endocrinology/Metabolic Disorders.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to drive business growth and manage multiple regions effectively.
