Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage medical coding operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
Oversee a team of coders, providing guidance and training to improve quality and efficiency.
Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to reduce errors and increase revenue.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex coding issues.

Job Requirements :

10-16 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in an operations management role.
Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS Level II codes.
Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
