DE&I ExecutiveRole & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operation Support in implement DE&I strategies : Providing backend support for HiNext and Hitachi Academy, as well as operational support in the implementation and
monitoring of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the global organization.
2. Data analysis and reporting: Utilize Power BI to collect, analyze, and interpret DE&I-related data, creating actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Create data visualizations: Develop interactive and dynamic dashboards using Power BI to present complex data in an easily digestible format with compelling story lines.
4. Content creation on PowerPoint: Design and develop engaging presentations, reports, and dashboards using PowerPoint to communicate
DE&I initiatives, progress, and insights to various stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders : Work closely with India, Japan and Global HR, leadership, and employee resource groups to drive DE&I initiatives and
provide data-driven insights.
6. Any other work : Management may request support in any other area of work based on requirement
Preferred candidate profile
1. Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
2. Proficient in PowerPoint_, with experience in creating engaging presentations and reports.
3. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
4. Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
