Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for Profile review process. The role involves reviewing user profiles, ensuring compliance with community standards, and maintaining platform integrity. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals looking to grow in a global moderation and support environment.


Job Details:

  • Designation- Customer Support
  • Qualification- UG/Graduate
  • Working days- 5 days, 2days off (Rotational Shift)
  • Facility- Both way cab service (Need to be within boundary)
  • Night shifts & Rotational shifts

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in logistics (Preferred/on added advantage)
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in a night shift
  • Freshers/Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze customer or user profiles for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with company and community guidelines
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and customer-centric manner
  • Address customer queries related to profile verification, logistics updates, account-related issues, and service concerns
  • Identify policy violations, take appropriate action, and escalate cases as per defined process guidelines
  • Ensure high-quality decision-making while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Meet defined performance metrics including quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals
  • Adhere to shift schedules, company policies, and data confidentiality requirements

Salary Structure:

  • Any Graduate + Freshers: 28,000 CTC
  • For documented experience in customer service: Up-to 34,000 CTC
