Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MAWM Configurator and Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting MAWM solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and maintain MAWM processes that align with business requirements and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- MAWM Configuration & Implementation
- Configure, customize, and deploy MAWM modules based on business needs.
- Design and implement workflows, rules, and automation within the MAWM platform.
- Perform end-to-end system setup, including master data configuration, integration mappings, and environment readiness.
- Integration & Technical Support
- Work with internal and external teams to integrate MAWM with upstream and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot interface issues, analyze logs, and ensure seamless data flow across all MAWM components.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Proactive Monitoring & Optimization (Nice to Have)
- Utilize MAWM Proactive tools to monitor system health, performance, and operational KPIs.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance stability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Documentation & Collaboration
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into effective MAWM configurations.
- Support UAT cycles, provide training, and assist in deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of MAWM architecture, rule configuration, workflows, and system setup.
- Experience working on interface integrations with ERP, WMS, or other enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze issues, debug system behavior, and provide effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with MAWM Proactive modules or proactive monitoring frameworks.
- Exposure to related supply chain, warehouse management, or manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools to enhance system maintenance.
