Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead a team of ITAM professionals to deliver high-quality services, including asset tracking, inventory management, and disposal.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization for effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure all assets are properly tracked, inventoried, and disposed of according to company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITAM processes with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of ITAM best practices, frameworks, and regulations such as COBIT.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge of ITAM tools and technologies, including ServiceNow, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
