Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Lead a team of ITAM professionals to deliver high-quality services, including asset tracking, inventory management, and disposal.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization for effective communication and collaboration.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Ensure all assets are properly tracked, inventoried, and disposed of according to company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITAM processes with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
Strong understanding of ITAM best practices, frameworks, and regulations such as COBIT.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is desirable.
Knowledge of ITAM tools and technologies, including ServiceNow, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
