CMDB Engineer @ Citiustech

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing our CMDB.
• Creating CI records (configuration items) in Remedy, creating application maps, training employees on the use of the CMDB, and creating process documentation
• Reporting directly to a Team Lead that reports to me

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years as a CMDB Administrator OR 3+ years in Change Management with CMDB experience
• Experience with process documentation or knowledge creation Desirements
• 1+ years Remedy or ITSM Administration experience particularly any Remedy Development or Administrative experience Specific technologies to be used and level of proficiency
• At least 1 year experience in CMDB Administration with either Remedy (preferred) or ServiceNow (acceptable)
• Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence will be a plus.
