Key Responsibilities
Own and execute GTM plans to drive revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition across utilities, discoms, and power sector enterprises.
Work closely with sales and leadership to identify high-value accounts, buying centers, and deal strategies.
Develop compelling value propositions, pitch decks, proposals, and ROI cases tailored to power sector stakeholders.
Lead customer discovery, demos, pilots, and proof-of-value engagements to accelerate deal closures.
Support pricing, commercial constructs, and contract discussions in coordination with leadership.
Track funnel metrics, conversion rates, win/loss insights, and continuously optimize GTM execution.
Act as the market voice into product teams, shaping features based on customer feedback and sales learnings.
Required Skills:
Business Development experience is a MUST-HAVE
Experience in GTM, enterprise sales support, consulting, or business development within the power or energy sector/govt.or PSU sales/Analytics and/or SaaS domain
Strong understanding of discom operations, energy data, digital trasformation, regulatory context, utility buying processes, and long sales cycles.
Proven experience in market assessment, customer segmentation, and commercial strategy
High ownership mindset with strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
MBA or equivalent degree in marketing, strategy, or energy management
