Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for Windows servers and multi-tier architecture environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Manage and resolve high-priority production incidents with minimal downtime.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate documentation following best practices.
Creates and executes detailed technical checklists and processes to facilitate the implementation of Clinisys products and services.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Work in UK shifts to support global operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Windows servers and multi-tier architecture.
Ability to think logically, analyse data, and approach challenges from multiple angles.
Experience handling high-priority production issues.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Experience with installing and configuring applications that run under IIS and windows services.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to handle assigned tasks independently.
Comfortable working in hybrid mode and UK shifts.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Lab Information Systems (LIS) and familiarity with instrument interfacing highly desirable.
Understanding of healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA).
Working knowledge of medical laboratory or Public Health workflows is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

Preferred Experience & Education:
A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, engineering or related fields; or a related degree.
