Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional to manage and optimize HR processes across all HCM submodules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HR systems (SAP HCM / Oracle JD Edwards / Fusion HCM) and a strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Management (OM): Maintain company structure, positions, and reporting hierarchy.
• Personnel Administration (PA): Manage employee master data, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Time Management (TM): Oversee attendance, leave, shifts, and overtime integration with payroll.
• Payroll: Ensure accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, and country-specific regulations.
• Recruitment: Handle job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
• Training & Development: Organize training programs, track certifications, and manage skill development.
• Performance Management: Define KPIs, conduct appraisals, and link performance to compensation.
• Compensation Management: Administer salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
• Personnel Development (PD): Support career planning, succession management, and talent identification.
• Employee & Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS): Enable portals for employees and managers to manage HR tasks.
