Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in manpower requisition note sheet preparation and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Support job postings, screening of CVs, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, background verifications, C&A status and induction programs.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle


  • Maintain employee personal files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support confirmation, probation tracking,transfers, and separation processes.
  • Assist in issuing HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, and relieving letters.

3. Payroll & Benefits Coordination


  • Coordinate with payroll SPOC for attendance, leave data, and monthly inputs.
  • Support statutory deductions and employee benefit administration.
  • Assist payroll SPOC in resolving employee payroll and benefit queries.

4. Statutory Compliance & Records


  • Assist team in PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliance documentation and filings.
  • Maintain registers, returns, and records as per labour laws and internal policies.

5. Learning, Engagement & HR Initiatives


  • Support training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal HR initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, awareness sessions, engagement events.

6. Reporting & Documentation


  • Prepare HR MIS reports on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and headcount on monthly basis / as and when required.
  • Support preparation of notes, presentations, and internal communications as required.

7. General Administration and Documentation


  • Support General Administration team as and when required.
  • Documentation of all related HR activities and proper record keeping.

Essential skills:-


Two year fulltime with min 60% marks in post-graduation / equivalent course in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / MBA in HR / Personnel Management from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute / university. 2025 Passout Batch will be considered.


Age Limit: 25 years for MT (HR) as on date of advertisement.

Experience:


MT: Fresher. Prior experience candidates would be preferred.

Compensation:


CTC 6.0 Lakhs (MT) per annum with Other Benefits
