2. Online sales / offline sales / customer service

3. Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver

1. Communication - Mandatory - Good spoken skill in English & Hindi and any other regional language in addition to this 2. Technology skills - Surfing - Google, Whatsapp, FB etc. 3. Computer operating knowledge

4. Good English writing skill - Mandatory for E-mail and Chat team

Experience

1. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in voice / non-voice & jewelry industry is preferred

2. Freshers with good communication skills and attitude 3. Customer service background (Eg. banking / e-commerce / service industry)

8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
