The Role
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for ensuring optimal network performance? If so, look no further Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks.As our Senior Network Support Engineer, you'll be working in a complex, multi-vendor environment, and will use your analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed. And with the ever-changing nature of technology, you'll be constantly learning and growing in your role.You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers. Youll be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security. Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer-specific designated support at network level to troubleshoot and resolve networking problems.
Dedicatedly monitor and review the network.
Effectively work with multi-functional teams to resolve major customer issues.
Ability to grasp network design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients.
Effectively craft and validate planned changes to software and hardware design.
Deliver high level technical assistance and troubleshooting for resolving critical production issues for strategic customers.
Respond to network management system alarms according to established processes.
Client Meetings & Internal and External Audit.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
A minimum of 8 -10 years of overall experience in Networking and exp in Cisco Nexus /ACI Technologies /LAN, WAN/ Data center infrastructure/ Juniper/HP.
Experience with product lines like Nexus 9000,7000. Engineer must be experienced in and have internal product and/or Architecture knowledge.
Experience in legacy to Cisco ACI network migration, VMM integration, L4-L7 services, micro-segmentation, Cisco ACI Multi-pod and Multisite are highly required.
Working knowledge and experience BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, Multicast is a definite plus.
Working experience in vxLAN EPVN and MP-BGP is a required.
Experience Implementing /Supporting Layer 2, Layer 3 implementations will be key & working knowledge in banking environment data center networking.
Hands-on experience in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting and/or Network Solution designing of Cisco ACI.
A good communications skill is a must. Must have a demonstrated ability to relate to customer representatives at various levels.
Must have good technical writing skills and have experience in writing test and implementation / Migration plans.
Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing.
Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge.
CCNP (Enterprise, Data Center) or CCIE (Data Centre).
Willing to work in Shifts 24*7 on rotation basis from Client location.
Working knowledge of ITIL.
Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in Cisco Nexus Dashboard is a plus.
Executing migration windows and migration projects will be a plus.
Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCSP) is mandatory, CCIE (Data Center, Enterprise) would be highly desirable.
BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma.
