IntouchCX is hiring Bilingual French & English Customer Support Executives to handle international customers. This role involves providing high-quality support through voice/chat/email while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions in French & English
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
- Accurately document customer interactions
Required Skills:
- Fluency in French & English (verbal & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills:
- International BPO / Customer Support experience
- Exposure to global clients
