Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Job Requirements
Experience: 0.6 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
Willingness to work night shifts (US timing)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
