Job Description
Job Title: Tele Collections Executive
Work Schedule:6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off
Work Location:Tin Factory, KR puram,Bangalore (Work From Office)
Compensation: 20,000 22,000 In-Hand +CTC + Performance-Based Incentives up to 15,000
Eligibility:
* Minimum 3 months of experience in tele collections / recovery / outbound calling preferred
* Freshers with strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills can also apply
Job Overview:
We are hiring tele Collections Executives to follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery through outbound calls. The role requires good communication skills, negotiation ability, and a target-oriented mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
* Remind customers about due and overdue payments
* Explain payment options and resolve payment-related queries
* Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment
* Update call details, payment status, and follow-up notes accurately
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
* Handle customer objections professionally and maintain positive relationships
Required Skills:
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
