We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to drive sales of Life Insurance products. The role involves team handling, channel management, and achieving business targets while maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.
Drive sales of Life Insurance products through assigned channels
Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations
Support advisors in closing high-value cases
Maintain MIS and sales reports
Age: 21 to 30 years
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales
Preferred Background: Agency / Bancassurance / Direct Sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Team management and leadership skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of Life Insurance products
