    What are we looking for


    The Branch Head / Senior Branch Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key business metrics, supporting Agency Business Partners (ABPs), and ensuring sustainable business growth. The role involves building and leading high-performing teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

     

    Job Description


    Maintain consistent professional engagement with Distributors (ABPs) and Financial Consultants (FCs) to drive higher engagement, accountability, and timely resolution of service requirements, thereby ensuring achievement of business goals.
    Achieve sales and business KPIs, including FYWRR, persistency (13M), product mix, advisor program qualification, and ABP/LP promotion targets.
    Lead the local business unit as a profitable entity by driving agent activation, retention, and cost efficiency.
    Provide structured support to Agency Business Partners to enable sustainable growth and performance.
    Guide and develop Front Line Sales (FLS) teams to recruit, manage, and achieve sales targets while maximizing productivity.
    Develop ABPs to build successful teams with a diversified base of Financial Consultants.
    Ensure recruitment quality, persistency, and productivity of the sales force to support long-term profitability.
    Cascade, align, and review business plans periodically to ensure effective execution of strategies.
    Oversee sales funnel management (lead pipeline, product mix, productivity, and initiatives) to ensure achievement of branch objectives.
    Identify and recruit high-potential Financial Consultants from the market to strengthen the distribution network.
    Ensure 100% manpower strength through referrals and maintain a fully staffed team.
    Monitor FLS probation success by ensuring timely on-the-job training and developmental support.
    Manage and execute multi-task activities related to sales processes, First Time Right initiatives, conversions, organizational programs, and contests.
    Ensure adherence to business hygiene standards and sustain operational excellence across the branch. .
    Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to seamlessly achieve business objectives
