It RecruiterWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT skills, can effectively source and engage top talent, and partners closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions (developers, engineers, analysts, architects, etc.)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and support onboarding activities
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
Stay updated on IT market trends, technologies, and talent availability
