We are Looking for Customer Support Associate (Ecommerce) 

Ecommerce BO : Voice (JD for customer support and Prerequisites)

Graduates Only
1 Year Min Exp mandate in a BPO Voice process/Graduates Freshers also Eligible 
Excellent verbal communication skills in Eng and Hindi to handle both Inbound & Outbound / E-Mail
6days working and 1 day rotational off
Between 8am to 9pm any 9 hours shift
Location: Marathalli (smart work- Bangalore)
Test to be conducted :

VERSANT Voice (4)
SHL Bundle 55
Typing 30 words with 85 % accuracy
Client Assessment ( Voice assessment , both in Eng and Hindi)
Final selects will be offered (Fresher: 23k and 1+ exp 26.5k CTC / Monthly)

Note: For the outstation candidates, 14 days of accommodation, Bus or train tickets will be provided from the company. Along with this 10K relocation bonus will be provided as per the relocation policy (Terms & condition applies)
