Job Description

It will be a contract position. This will be on 3rd party pay role on contract for 1 year.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen SMEs for technical credibility and instructional presence
• Evaluate articulation, explanation clarity, and teaching orientation
• Train SMEs on instructional delivery expectations
• Validate screencast proficiency and licenses/tools availability
• Validate SME availability and commitment
• Identify and escalate readiness risks early
• Mentor Associate in screening and enablement

• B.Tech / M.Tech (mandatory)
• 3-4 years of experience as an ID/Technical Writer
• Experience leading a small team is preferred.
• Proficient in using AI tools & writing AI prompts for simple tasks
• Strong SME-facing communication skills
