Role Application Support Engineer

Exp 2 to 5 yrs

Location Mumbai (Thane)

Shift- Rotational - 9 am to 6 pm OR 12pm to 9 pm. (No transportation provided)

Working Days - 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

General Insurance OR Life Insurance Project Experience is highly preferred

Application Support Engineer Responsibilities:

• Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer.
• Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
• Troubleshoot and rectify application issue.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issues.
• Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
• Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
• Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services.
• Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all issues and the implemented solutions.
• Recommend ways to optimise business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges.
