Job Description
The ideal candidate should bring in-depth domain expertise in NPS, covering both retail and corporate business processes, along with a strong technical background in software development, solution architecture, and implementation of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. Hands-on experience in web, mobile, and microservices-based solutions is essential Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Lead the technical design and architecture of digital solutions that align with business objectives and comply with industry best practices.
- Full-Stack Development: Leverage your expertise across front-end and back-end technologies to guide robust and secure application development.
- Microservices Architecture: Design and implement scalable, modular microservices-based systems with a focus on performance, maintainability, and security.
- Security & Performance: Ensure solutions meet high standards of security, performance, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
- Technical Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Database Design: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for high-performance data operations.
- Application Development: Deliver responsive PWAs, hybrid, and native mobile applications across platforms.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems and platforms.
- NPS Domain Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of incentive and commission calculation processes for both retail and corporate business in the National Pension Scheme (NPS) ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: B.tech / BE / MCA
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software development and support, with a clear understanding of the SDLC and cybersecurity principles
- Technical Proficiency:
- Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, React.js
- Apache Camel, Kafka, API Management
- RDS & NoSQL database systems
- DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience working with commission and incentive engines in the NPS domain (retail and corporate business)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on building innovative, scalable solutions
- Deep understanding of application security, data protection, and performance optimization
Good to Have:
- Experience in external partner integration and API ecosystems
- Exposure to data pipeline management and big data environments
- Familiarity with India Stack components and their application in digital platforms
