Drive revenue and occupancy targets Generate leads through IPCs, brokers, local networks, referrals, and online platforms Manage the full sales cycle tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, broker partners, and local business communities Ensure the new center is always tour-ready, coordinating with Operations for daily upkeep, readiness, and seamless onboarding Support basic center responsibilities such as addressing member queries, coordinating meeting room bookings, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day member experience Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipelines, forecasts, and weekly reports Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Bangalore ecosystem Assist in organizing community interactions or networking sessions .
