Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on IT Executive with approximately 5 years of corporate IT experience to manage day-to-day hardware, software, network, and user support operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT functioning, minimal downtime, and effective coordination with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity
  • Provide L1/L2 user support, including system access, email, and printer issues
  • Install and support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, backup solutions
  • Assist in managing ERP / CRM / accounting software at user level
  • Ensure data backups, endpoint security, and system updates
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and license records
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, and AMC partners
  • Follow company IT security policies and best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
  • 46 years of experience in corporate IT support
  • Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, Windows OS, MS Office
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to ERP / CRM systems
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • IT certifications (A+, MCSA, CCNA) advantage

Reporting To

  • IT Manager / Admin Head / Operations Head
