Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across assigned projects.

• Experience in leading / managing SAP Testing engagements
• Experience in managing testing engagement with different SAP functional modules like SD, MM, FI
• Collaborate closely with Customer and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure functional alignment.
• Drive adherence to automation processes and standards in coordination with automation and QA teams.
• Oversee functional design, configuration, documentation, and testing activities.
• Provide direction, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure cross-team communication and smooth coordination across functional, technical, and automation teams.
• Capture and present project statistics, ROI, benefits, and key learnings from automation or process-improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Proven experience in a Manager or Lead role within SAP Testing
• 810 years of total experience in SAP Functional areas (SD, MM, FI, PP, or relevant modules).
• Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and integration points.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale SAP implementations.
• Exposure to automation initiatives and ability to partner with automation teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
