Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Motor Operations Executive to manage end-to-end motor insurance operations. The role involves handling quotations, policy processing, KYC verification, portal management, and coordination with insurers while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle motor insurance operations including new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Prepare and share motor insurance quotations with customers and sales teams
- Generate payment links and follow up for timely closure
- Perform KYC verification as per regulatory and company guidelines
- Manage and operate various insurance company portals and internal systems
- Upload, verify, and maintain policy-related documents
- Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance and corrections
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and processes
- Experience in KYC documentation and verification
- Proficiency in quotation preparation and policy processing
- Experience in handling insurer portals and digital platforms
- Ability to generate and manage payment links
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication, portals)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Work Schedule :-
Work Days : 6 Days
Work Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational week off
Work Location: plot 109, sector 44, Gurugram 122003
