Job Description
Job Location:
- Chennai | Pune |Noida |Bangalore | Ahmedabad | Mumbai | Coimbatore | Hyderabad
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Configure and maintain Workday Financial Management system components.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead data migration and conversion from legacy finance systems into Workday Financials.
- Integrate Workday Financials with external systems such as ERP, payroll, banking, and reporting tools.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support financial decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for Workday Finance users and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with Workday releases, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Lead or participate in project management activities including sprint planning and status reporting.
The Role Offers:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with Workday Financial Management and integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday integration technologies: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
- Experience with data migration from legacy finance systems (e.g., Great Plains) is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and best practices for production support and incident management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Leadership experience in managing integration projects or teams is preferred.
