Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Configure and maintain Workday Financial Management system components.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Lead data migration and conversion from legacy finance systems into Workday Financials.
Integrate Workday Financials with external systems such as ERP, payroll, banking, and reporting tools.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support financial decision-making.
Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for Workday Finance users and stakeholders.
Stay updated with Workday releases, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Lead or participate in project management activities including sprint planning and status reporting.
