Job Description
Job Location:

Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Workday security knowledge and hands on Workday security configuration experience (all areas of WD security including role-based access)
- Complete assigned mandatory trainings within the provided timelines
- Ability to analyze and resolve user concerns and educate users on resolutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and client facing skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
- Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate it to a technical solution.

- Certification in Workday Security is a plus
The Role Offers:
- Lead or support Workday security workstreams during implementation projects.
- Design and configure Workday security roles, permissions, and access controls based on business requirements.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday security issues and user access requests.
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Support HCM (Human Capital Management) security processes including posting, bank transfers, paychecks, and legal/regulatory reporting.
Essential Skills:
- Manage risk, budget, and client relationships related to Workday security functions.
- Provide guidance on industry standards and best practices for Workday security.
- Architect cohesive Workday HCM security solutions considering cross-functional impacts.
- Support year-end reporting and other periodic security activities.
- Lead or coordinate small functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
- Provide status updates and collaborate with project managers to ensure project success.
Good to have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Workday security architecture, including role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience with Workday HCM security configuration and administration.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and design appropriate security models.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR and financial data security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Relevant certifications such as Workday Pro Certification or equivalent are often preferred.
- U.S. work authorization may be required for some roles.
