Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process. The role involves handling customer queries through live chat and providing accurate, timely, and professional support to international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via live chat in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and quality standards
• Document customer interactions accurately
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in international BPO/chat support (Minimum 6 months)
• Good typing speed and grammar
• Customer-focused attitude

Salary: 2.4lpa- 4lpa
