Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via Email (No Voice Process)
  • Resolve travel-related queries (bookings, cancellations, itinerary updates)
  • Maintain quality & TAT as per SLA
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with proper email etiquette
  • Work in CRM tools & backend systems

Job Location:

Sutherland Global Services, 5th Floor, Liberty Tower, Airoli, Navi Mumbai


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate Preferred
  • Work from Office Airoli Location.
  • Mandatory: Good English Written & Verbal Communication
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
  • Experience:
    • Freshers Welcome
    • 1 Year Minimum in International BPO Services

Shift Timings (Fixed):

  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM & 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

5 Days Working


Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary (Best as per Industry Standards)

1,750 + 1,750 Travel Allowance (Both Ways applicable only if choosing your own Commute)

Transport Facility: Company-provided transport available within a 25 KM radius of Airoli Station. For candidates residing in Kalyan & Panvel, pick-up and drop facility is available only if located within 1.5 KM from Kalyan or Panvel Railway Station.
