Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and customization of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and design scalable Power Platform solutions. Develop and deploy complex Power Platform applications with custom connectors, integrations, and APIs. Implement and enforce Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform projects. Develop solutions leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources. Optimize performance and scalability of Power Apps and Automations for enterprise use. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and advanced Power Platform capabilities. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and third-party services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends to enhance development efforts.

Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data connectors within Power Platform. Expertise in building model-driven and canvas apps in Power Apps. Proficient in creating and optimizing Power Automate flows for automation and process improvement. Experience with Power BI for designing interactive dashboards and data visualizations. Familiarity with Azure services and how they integrate with Power Platform. Strong knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell for automation and custom development. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD practices for Power Platform. Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
