We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries effectively.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and empathy during interactions.
Meet performance targets and contribute to team success.
Document customer interactions and follow up as required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Prior experience in international voice process preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
5 days working.
2 rotational week offs.
Salary: Up to 5 LPA.
Performance-based incentives.
