Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets through effective lead generation, relationship management, and customer engagement.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and coach for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and process improvements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in field sales or hybrid role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Strong understanding of BFSI sector (insurance) with excellent communication skills in English & local language.
Proven ability to generate leads from various sources such as cold calling, networking events etc., with high conversion rates.
